Acknowledgement of Debt & Terms and Conditions
  • ADMIN FEE = R15 ADMIN FEE PER R100 ADVANCE
  • MINIMUM CRITERIA - Minimum of 14 shifts must be completed before advances can be processed. Applications are accepted from the 14th to the end of each month only.
  • ONLY ONE (1) ADVANCE WILL BE ALLOWED PER MONTH
  • NO ADVANCES to be made if any penalty or other payment is still due to GAC Risk Solutions
  • NO ADVANCE will be considered if there are any other deductions that need to be paid back to GAC Risk Solutions
  • ALL ADVANCES will be paid via EFT into the employee's own bank account (or in cash by hand)
  • I do hereby acknowledge that I am indebted to GAC Risk Solutions in the amount of R0.00, which includes the advance amount as well as the mandatory administration fee.
  • I agree that this advance is not a loan and is solely treated as an advance against my future earnings. Any dedication from my future earnings, which exceeds 1 (one) month, will not constitute a loan agreement. I unconditionally agree to GAC Risk Solutions dedicating amounts from my current and future earnings until the amounts are settled in full.
  • In the event of my employment/membership terminating for any reason before the full amount has been paid, I authorize the client to deduct the full outstanding amount from any monetary or withdrawal benefits owed to me.
  • I fully understand that should the monies mentioned above be insufficient to liquidate the full amount, the outstanding balance at that stage shall become due and payable immediately by me.
